In 2001, I founded hospitality design firm Square Feet Studio with my husband, John. At the wise (but not old!) age of 60, I launched Vivian Bencich Interiors—a return to what has always drawn me in most: residential interior design.
I’ve long been mesmerized by beautifully considered homes, both old and new. I delight in the details that make our lives one-of-a-kind, and I translate them into spaces that feel cohesive—tailored, refined, and deeply personal. My approach is thoughtful and straightforward: I listen closely, ask questions, and guide decisions with a calm confidence so clients feel supported from start to finish.
I work in true partnership with architects, builders, and craftspeople, and I’m known for keeping the process enjoyable and transparent. Thirty years in, I’ve learned that good design isn’t just about how something looks—it’s about how it celebrates you. I believe in being a lifetime learner, keeping a sense of humor, and creating livable beauty that can nurture us every day.
Meet Vivian
Vivian Bencich Interiors is a residential design studio rooted in Atlanta and shaped by the Southeast’s relaxed elegance and strong sense of home. Projects typically begin locally and extend outward through word-of-mouth and long-standing relationships—following people, not a growth agenda. Vivian is known for a steady, well-paced approach that brings clarity to big decisions and care to the small ones, resulting in rooms that feel intentional, welcoming, and easy to live in.
